Website Maintenance Request
"Maintenance/Update" is defined as keeping the website current. It is not intended to be a redesign or revamp.
Please select the type of request and supply details below.
If your request involves a particular web page, please supply the address, e.g., mydomain.com.au/course-
If your request is for a website shortcut to an existing page (e.g., mydomain.com.au/give). Then supply the address for the page that the shortcut should point to (e.g., mydomain.com.au/annual-
If your request is for major changes to an existing web page or for a new web page, you can upload a file outlining the changes or providing content for the new page below.
Text changes (such as paragraphs, headings, prices, scheduled events, rewording of text, etc.)
Simple maintenance and/or addition of graphics provided by the client to an existing web page (up to 1 hour of work per site only). Major changes in graphics layout in an existing website shall be considered a new redesign project.
Simple navigational changes (up to 1 hour of work per site only). Major navigational changes shall be considered a new redesign project.
Addition of new pages as links from an existing page and not as links that will change the navigation of the web site. The addition of new pages shall follow the current website theme.
Upload/publish of updated pages to the web host.

Emergency Request are billed separately at our current hourly rate (plus at time and a half), and billed at one hour minimum. Emergency Request is defined as 24 hours or less.

Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, it is the client's responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made. We do not charge for changes that are our fault. However, once changes have been make, if additional changes needs to be made due to client error, another Client Web Site Maintenance/Update Request Form will needed and the regular hourly update fees will be charged.

We reserve the right to distinguish between "updates" and "new design". New design work is charged at our design rate.
All maintenance/update requests must be made by filling out our Client Website Maintenance/Update Request Form. Any other means will not be accepted.
All maintenance requests are 1 hour minimum.
Payment: A minimum fee of 1 hour is due prior to any site maintenance/update work. If a monthly maintenance/update contract exists one hour min. will be deducted.
